Web design for event venues
Websites for event venues that bring in enquiries.
Anyone planning an event wants to see on your website at once which rooms there are, how many people fit, what technology and catering include and how to enquire. I design websites for event venues, seminar houses and event companies in Eastern Switzerland, from CHF 2,900.

The planners
What event planners look for.
Anyone planning a company event, a wedding or a seminar usually compares several venues at once. The one that wins is the one whose website makes the shortlist easiest. For that, the hard facts have to be visible, not hidden in a PDF.
- Capacity per room, by seating: banquet, theatre, standing reception, seminar
- Floor plan, area and photographs that show the room honestly
- Technology: projector, sound, lighting, Wi-Fi, stage
- Catering: own kitchen, partners or free choice
- Prices or packages, at least as a guide
- Directions, parking, places to stay nearby
Rooms
Presented room by room.
On many websites a venue with several rooms reads like one large hall. I present every room with its own details: photographs, capacity per seating plan, equipment and what can be combined. That way a planner finds out in minutes whether the event fits.
The same principle carries the case study Villa Coco d’Amour: the gallery is ordered room by room rather than as a mood reel, and a group’s questions are answered before anyone has to ask.
Enquiry
An enquiry form that qualifies.
A good enquiry form asks exactly what you need for a quote: date, number of guests, type of event, preferred room, catering and budget range. No more, or the planner gives up, and no less, or a long email exchange begins.
An additional form or special section starts from CHF 250, a booking or calendar system from CHF 390.
Platforms
Visible alongside platforms such as eventlokale.ch.
Venue platforms are good at showing planners a selection. Every venue there wears the same grid in the same order. What a platform cannot do is give your place a voice of its own and open a direct way to you.
Your own website complements the listing: someone who discovers you on a platform often searches for your name next. Then they should land with you, with every detail and a way to get in touch that does not run through a third party.
Cost
What does a website for an event venue cost?
With a page per room, event types and an enquiry form, Business from CHF 2,900 with up to six pages usually fits. For more rooms, several languages or a fuller reference system for past events, Signature from CHF 4,900 is designed for it.
Exactly what each package includes is on Services & Pricing.
Questions from event venues.
Should I show prices on the website?
Where possible, yes, at least as a guide or package price. Planners sort venues by budget early on, and a website with no price information at all often drops out. How precise it is, is your decision.
Can I show an availability calendar?
Yes, if you use a calendar or booking system. Integration starts from CHF 390; the website stays independent of the system you use.
What do you need from me?
Room details, capacities, photographs and the questions planners ask you most often today. If material is missing, we agree in the discovery call who will create it.
Can the website be bilingual?
Yes. A second language starts from CHF 650; the Signature package already includes a multilingual structure.
Show planners your rooms.
Tell me about your venue and the events you would like to host. Or have your current website assessed first, with no obligation.
