Is the review automated?
No. There is no automated score and no generated report. I read every submission and review the public website myself, and the reply comes from me.
What if the business does not have a website yet?
That is fine. Tell me what the business does and what its first website needs to achieve, and the assessment focuses on what the site should do from the start.
What happens to my details?
They are used only to respond to your request. You will not be added to a mailing list, and nothing is passed on for marketing.
Why is the number of reviews limited?
Because I do each one myself. Accepting a limited number each week is what keeps every review focused.
